NEVEROVATNI CRNOGORCI: Žive od Rusije a hoće u NATO!

Državna politika Crne Gore poslednjih nekoliko godina nije okrenuta „majci Rusiji“, već Zapadu koji Moskvi pojačava sankcije.
Takvo usmerenje zvanične politike i jednog broja nevladinih organizacija raste kako se primiče dan odluke o pozivu Crne Gore za članstvo u NATO. Da se Rusija neće mešati u odluku zvanične Podgorice o tom pitanju, potvrde su stizale iz diplomatskih krugova Moskve. I odlazeći amabasador Rusije u Crnoj Gori Andrej Nesterenko poručuje da narod treba da o tome da poslednju reč.
– Ne bih govorio o protivmerama, jer treba da sačekamo konkretne odluke, odnosno da vidimo hoće li Crna Gora postati članica NATO ili neće. Ali, svakako ćemo izvući zaključke na osnovu eventualnih novih okolnosti – poručio je Nesterenko.
– Uvođenje sankcija prema jednoj ili drugoj državi nije način naše spoljne politike u slučaju problema u odnosima sa jednom državom ili velikim brojem država. O svemu je moguće raspravljati na miran i pošten način, ali uz pružanje konkretnih i ubedljivih argumenata. Istovremeno, važno je podvući da smo pre izvesnih događaja u Ukrajini podržavali konstruktivan dijalog sa svim zemljama članicama Severnoatlantske alijanse bez izuzetka, kao i sa rukovodstvom NATO.
Koliko je Crna Gora ekonomski zavisna od Rusije govori podatak da se, recimo, 2012. godine ovde slilo 633 miliona evra stranih direktnih investicija, dok je samo iz Ruske Federacije bilo čak 161, pet miliona evra ili svaki četvrti evro!
U sektoru turizma Crna Gora je uspela da sa 650 miliona evra prihoda godišnje pokrije robni deficit, a najveći rast od 11 odsto zabeležen je upravo zahvaljujući dolasku turista iz Ruske Federacije. Tome je doprinela i njihova potrošnja, kao i onih gostiju koji stižu iz Srbije. Samo ova dva podatka, uz stotine miliona evra koji posredno i neposredno dolaze ovde iz Rusije, faktički Crnu Goru čuvaju od ekonomskog kolapsa.
Prošlogodišnja poseta premijera Mila Đukanovića Beloj kući, neočekivano je uzdrmala viševekovne odnose sa Rusijom. Da je stvar zaista ozbiljna, pokazalo je oštro reagovanje Moskve da je Đukanović u svojim istupima dopustio neprijateljske izjave na račun Rusije, što je kod slovenske braće izazvalo duboko razočaranje. KRIVOKAPIĆ: NEDOPUSTIVE SUGESTIJE
– Skupština Crne Gore ustavno je ovlašćena da donese odluku o punopravnom članstvu Crne Gore u NATO alijansu i niko nema pravo da to osporava ako poštuje volju građana Crne Gore i njen Ustav. Crna Gora je posvećena izgradnji najboljih bilateralnih odnosa sa Ruskom Federacijom, ali je nedopustivo svako sugerisanje sa strane kako Crna Gora treba da donosi odluke koje se tiču pravca njene državne politike, uključujući i način pristupanja NATO – poručio je šef crnogorske skupštine Ranko Krivokapić.
PRIZNANJE
OVIH dana predstavnici državnog vrha odaju priznanje ambasadoru Nesterenku u oproštajnoj poseti, ističući tradicionalno dobre odnose dveju država, ne pominjući njihovo kucanje na vrata NATO alijanse.
