ŠTA SMO DOČEKALI: Uvozimo paradajz iz Albanije!

Srbija je za prvih šest meseci ove godine, prema podacima Uprave carine, uvezla više od šest hiljada tona paradajza. Od toga, 3.872 tone došlo je Albanije! Osim iz Albanije, velike količine paradajza nam stižu i iz Makedonije. Takava je statistika, kako kažu poznavaoci prilika, gotovo svake godine, i da je u odnosu na naš izvoz Albaniji, uvoz od njih zanemarljiv.
Osim paradajza, iz Albanije smo uvezli i 1.081 tonu krastavaca, 209.000 kilograma kupusa, 84.000 kilograma sveže paprike, ali i 172.000 kilograma praziluka i ostalog luka. Albancima smo, s druge strane, prodali više od 23.000 tona kukurza, 12.000 tona pšenice, 5.137 tona belog šećera i čak 1.229 tona suncokretovog ulja.
I dok je domaći paradajz „uzrio“ i „juriša“ ka srpskom tržištu, strano povrće preplavilo je domaće kvantaške pijace, ali i velike markete. Jedan od razloga, lošeg plasmana i većeg uvoza, svakako je i nepostojanje kontinuiteta kod naših proizvođača, tačnije, nema domaće proizvodnje tokom cele godine.
– Jedan od vodećih razloga povećanog uvoza povrća jeste loša organizovanost proizvođača u udruženja, kako bi imali zajednički nastup na tržištu – kažu u Ministarstvu poljoprivrede. – Recimo, proizvođači ne mogu da isporuče dovoljne količine krastavaca u jedinstvenom pakovanju, kvalitetu i ceni, iako raspolažu tom robom. Zbog toga, trgovinski lanci i industrija, umesto da nabavljaju krastavac od većeg broja malih proizvođača u zemlji, uvoze povrće ujednačenog kvaliteta i pakovanja iz susednih zemalja.
U resornom ministarstvu ističu da je bitan i sezonski karakter srpske poljoprivede, odnosno da povrće stiže u određeno doba godine. Van sezone, trgovci posežu za uvozom, kako bi nadomestili potrebne količine.
– Poslednjih nekoliko godina, upravo zbog toga, povećava se proizvodnja povrća u plastenicima, ali je to još nedovoljno – kažu u Ministarstvu.
– Država nema mehanizme kojim može direktno da utiče na formiranje cena na slobodnom tržištu, ali možemo da pomognemo proizvođačima u smislu boljeg plasmana i kvaliteta robe, ali i zaobilaženja nakupaca i nelojalne konkurencije.
Prema rečima Evice Mihaljević, iz Asocijacije „Plodovi Srbije“, našeg paradajza ima već mesec dana, razlikuje mu se ukus i kvalitetniji je od uvoznog.
PREDNOST DOMAĆEM
